- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As tenants our privacy wasn't respected. They came over unannounced many times. They knocked once and then enter as they please. They didn't fix things that we called on many times. The work that was done to fix things was very poor work. They are rude in the way they speak to their tenants. I have been renting for 14 years and have never had an experience like this one. I will never rent or buy from bray. I have met many people who also feel the same way in the valley. Very disappointing.By ch m, September 13, 2017
