  The bank in Fruita is amazing the one on north ave is a joke. Every time I go to that branch they have something messed up. There change machine is broken and They would not take the change even know the machine was broken was told to go to wal mart ok but they take a percentage Of the money and it’s a Business account! Had a check for a customer they missed spelled the name and they would not take it had to drive to Fruita to get them to help and take the check No problem. North ave WRFCU sucks Fruita 5 star.

  This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. Signed up here because they were "nice" but found out they are completely screwy. Started getting charged for Bill Pay at $6 a month though we were told it would be free. Started getting late payment notices and found out my Bill Pay payments were not going through, though no idea why. Signing in to the bank account is a hassle, you have to login separately for each service. We were told that we could use the STAR network for banking anywhere. Found out later that you have to be a member for at least 6 months before you can cash checks or withdraw in the STAR network, got stuck with no access to our cash. Actually found out this rule applied to alot of their services which included auto loans (though it is not listed anywhere in the fine print). Tried to support my local community credit union but got hosed.
